Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting tours of our facilities, explaining our programs and services, and building relationships with potential members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tours of our facilities to showcase our amenities and services
  • Explain the dynamics of personal training and our programs and classes
  • Initiate conversations with potential members through phone and computer systems
  • Grow and maintain relationships with prospects, members, and referrals
  • Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma (some college coursework preferred)
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals
  • Basic computer skills
