About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficient English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities, as well as cover shifts on short notice.
  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or related industry.
