As a Bioanalytical & Biomarker Sciences Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our discovery and development efforts, leveraging your expertise in bioanalytical and biomarker sciences to drive the development of innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bioanalytical and biomarker strategies to support discovery and development programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and interpret bioanalytical and biomarker studies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement biomarker plans and immunogenicity risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including CROs and vendors, to support bioanalytical and biomarker studies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in bioanalytical and biomarker sciences, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our discovery and development efforts
Requirements:
  • PhD in bioanalytical or biomarker sciences, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in bioanalytical or biomarker sciences, with a focus on discovery and development
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of bioanalytical and biomarker sciences, including principles, methods, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information to both technical and non-technical audiences
