About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Care Specialist to join our team at Care Options for Kids. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

In this role, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, working closely with our clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse. You will follow the plan of care and adhere to all clinical and office policies.

Responsibilities
  • Providing personalized nursing care to children in their homes
  • Taking direction from the clinical team and being part of a supportive care network
  • Documenting client information and progress in our electronic health record system
Requirements
  • A valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • A valid BLS CPR card obtained in person, not online
  • A valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
