Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain HP Indigo digital presses to produce high-quality printed labels
  • Read and understand production orders to ensure accurate materials and production standards
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as needed
  • Monitor print processes to ensure quality and make adjustments as necessary
  • Track and record consumables and equipment throughput
  • Maintain color profiles and calibration for consistency
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations
  • Communicate with management regarding job status and any issues
  • Update MIS systems with job and production information
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital printing, operating digital presses
  • Previous experience with HP Indigo equipment and files, certification a plus
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with proficiency in file-to-print processes
  • Ability to work with honesty and integrity, taking personal responsibility for productivity and quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
