About the Role

iFit is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Acquisitions DTC & App efforts. As a key member of our Subscription business unit, you will drive Year-Over-Year Growth in Consumer iFIT Subscription Acquisition Metrics via Mobile App Store Direct, DTC Web, and Retail Partner Channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy for iFIT's Connected Fitness products that drive incremental growth in customers and ARPU.
  • Lead cross-functional Initiatives and programs through implementation for new solutions to drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Pricing, Promotion, and Subscription design teams.
  • Partner closely with Retail Channel Marketing, including presentations with Retail Partners and Sales Channels.
  • Mobilize and operate updates in International Pricing, Promotional Codes and Offers.
  • Collaborate closely with our innovative product and tech teams to develop compelling subscription products that attract new customers and enhance conversion and retention rates.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing data, subscriber feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Optimize Subscription offerings and Tiers with features and benefits that attract intent to buy.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop subscriber and revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Create data-driven Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)/Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs) that provide customer insight to the development team regarding priority features and functions that will improve subscriber acquisition and ARPU optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of product management or product marketing experience, with a focus on driving revenue and profit while reducing churn in digital subscription-based businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated examples of product launches influenced by your insights; a successful track record utilizing data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs) to inform product development priorities.
  • Successful examples of partnering with marketing teams to build campaigns that drive successful outcomes including incremental subscribers, revenue, and profits.
