Job Description

At Restaurant Service Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Center, you'll provide top-notch support to our clients nationwide, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their restaurant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer issues via phone and email
  • Process orders for routine purchases
  • Assist with critical system down issues
  • Help customers navigate the service process
  • Monitor ongoing issues to ensure resolution
  • Customize and update customer menus

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Meticulous follow-up to ensure issue resolution
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone
  • Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to learn a variety of technologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
