At Restaurant Service Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Center, you'll provide top-notch support to our clients nationwide, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their restaurant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer issues via phone and email
- Process orders for routine purchases
- Assist with critical system down issues
- Help customers navigate the service process
- Monitor ongoing issues to ensure resolution
- Customize and update customer menus
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Meticulous follow-up to ensure issue resolution
- Ability to communicate clearly over the phone
- Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to learn a variety of technologies
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
