Our Vision: We aim to deliver the most customer-centric advertising solutions globally. Our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) facilitates programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple formats such as Display, Video, and Audio, leveraging Amazon's extensive ecosystem.

Your Role: As part of the DSP Science Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Ad Sourcing infrastructure and real-time machine learning inference systems. Your primary responsibility will be to design and scale high-performance ad sourcing systems that adhere to the stringent requirements of the ADSP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems while showcasing strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and simplify processes.
  • Integrate and enhance existing advertising products, utilizing Amazon's vast resources and reach.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to fellow software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct design reviews and implement robust engineering practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Experience in leading design or architecture of systems, focusing on reliability and scalability.
  • Demonstrated experience as a mentor or tech lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Compensation: Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions, with base pay ranging from $151,300 to $261,500, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation may include equity and other benefits.
