Senior Technology Manager

MK Search is partnering with a leading polymer resins manufacturer to find a seasoned technology leader to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead a team of six technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Technology Development:
    • Develop and implement new polymer resin technologies, ensuring alignment with market needs.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality, manufacturing processes, and cost efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop a strategic technology roadmap that supports business objectives.
    • Identify emerging trends and technologies in polymer resins and assess their potential impact on the business.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in polymer resins or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading technology development projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Strong knowledge of polymer resin technologies, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
