Healthcare Technology Management Senior District Manager

Varwyne Talent Collective is seeking a Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management to serve as the Executive Director for one of the nation's leading healthcare systems located in Cleveland, Ohio.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of management performance and leadership within the Healthcare Technology industry. Sodexos District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management professionals have:
- Successful leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment
- The ability to develop outstanding client relationships and governance structure
- Superior business acumen, agility, adept at making decisions and budget management proficiency
- Strong leadership abilities to coach and mentor various levels of employees
- Ability to review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations
- Ability to ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and makes recommendations for changes as necessary
- Skills to assess financial risk and opportunities of the account and communicate results to the client and initiate action plans as necessary
- Some understanding of Cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect Healthcare providers
- The commitment to promote and support workplace diversity initiatives
The Client Executive (Single) has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, oversight of the assigned contract/s (or a service-related portion of that contract), and our client's success of a single client organization with multiple sites and either single or multiple services. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
