Senior Healthcare Technology Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in Healthcare Technology Management across a large healthcare environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure operational excellence through predictable, reliable, and repeatable service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional growth and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sodexo and client policies.
- Manage budgeting and financial analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing action plans.
- Address cybersecurity concerns related to healthcare technology to safeguard providers.
- Support workplace diversity initiatives and champion a culture of inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of management experience in Healthcare Technology Management.
- Proven experience leading large healthcare technology operations.
- Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and ability to navigate complex client needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
