Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Support Manager to lead our End User Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships with internal and customer stakeholders, ensuring the development and execution of a well-planned End User technology upgrade plan, and supporting business transition and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key relationships with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a well-planned End User technology upgrade plan
  • Support business transition and change
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Create functional specifications for solutions
  • Act as an escalation point for all End User technology issues
  • Ensure operational processes are well-developed, implemented, and managed to support SLA requirements
  • Manage End User Technology upgrades
  • Identify training needs and career development opportunities for the EUC team
  • Establish an environment where the End User Services team engages effectively with other groups
  • Continually review the capability needed to support the organization in delivering on outcomes
  • Provide development opportunities for direct reports
  • Provide leadership that inspires others to succeed and develop

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SCCM, MDM, and SharePoint
