Business Services Coordinator Job Description
At Walker Elliott, we are seeking a skilled Business Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to our VP of Drilling and Completions. The successful candidate will have experience in an upstream oil and gas environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel and other tools.
• Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow for the VP and associated teams.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in an upstream oil and gas environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and manage competing priorities effectively.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
