Job Overview

Trexquant Investment is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging top Quantitative and Engineering talent to support our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and networking events, to identify and engage top technical professionals.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and our company culture.
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to convert them into active applicants.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in technical sourcing.
  • Assist with other recruiting-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a sourcer or similar role, ideally with a focus on sourcing engineering or quantitative researchers.
  • Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.
