Overview of Leadership Role

Regal Rexnord is in search of a Division Senior FP&A Analyst within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. This pivotal role is essential for enhancing the financial planning, reporting, and analytical functions within the Division. The position operates in a hybrid model.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate monthly operational reviews, annual financial plans, and long-term strategies; work collaboratively with segment and finance teams to refine and enhance processes across Regal Rexnord.

Assist in the precise and timely consolidation of financial outcomes, KPI reporting, and financial assessments. Aid in the preparation of executive and board-level reporting requirements.

Utilize analytical expertise and system proficiency to organize and leverage extensive data; effectively convert data into actionable insights for informed business decisions.

Collect and evaluate information to identify trends in profit and loss as well as working capital. Communicate potential risks and opportunities against the plan and propose strategies to enhance returns.

Conduct financial evaluations and provide support for strategic initiatives such as capital expenditure allocations, cash flow forecasts, and mergers and acquisitions activities.

Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure clarity on expectations, timelines, and financial deliverables.

Support internal control mechanisms to guarantee compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

Qualifications

Skills and Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

MBA and/or CPA designation is advantageous.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a manufacturing context.

Proficient knowledge of ERP systems.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and accountable.

Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.

Ability to adapt and learn from challenges in a diverse, geographically dispersed organization.

Capable of building trust and fostering cross-functional relationships.

Ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner across all organizational levels.
