Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst role is integral to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, focusing on the Americas region. Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with demand and supply planning teams to enhance the Americas Brand Volume reporting process.
2. Prepare comprehensive forecasts and variance analysis for senior management, contributing to the monthly leadership deck and Board of Directors financial reporting.
3. Generate detailed financial reports and presentations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
4. Analyze financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
5. Manage monthly brand volume reporting for the Americas, including variances to budget and prior year results.
6. Assist in the annual planning processes for the Americas P&L.
7. Support quarterly external reporting and ensure accuracy in all assertions made in earnings materials.
8. Conduct competitor analytics and commercial reporting using industry data sources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years) in finance or accounting.
