- Assists in negotiating terms and conditions through direct client interactions.

- Minimizes risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies and procedures in lending decisions.
- Contributes to the planning and execution of operational programs.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5 to 7 years of relevant experience along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience in Financial Analysis is essential.
- Familiarity with Equipment Finance is advantageous.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $161,400.00, and is salaried. Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and additional benefits.
