Client Interaction

Key Responsibilities
A typical day as a Client Service Associate may involve:
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication.
- Managing the client onboarding process, which includes tasks such as opening brokerage accounts, establishing cash management needs, and facilitating online reporting access.
- Performing various administrative duties to support client relationships as directed by the Advisor, ensuring all activities are accurately logged in the firm's CRM system.
- Engaging in special projects or assignments to address complex issues as they arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role may be suitable for you if:
- You possess client service experience within an RIA.
- You have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- You enjoy tackling challenges and devising creative solutions.
- You are passionate about assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can convey information clearly.
- You are adaptable, eager to learn, and thrive in collaborative environments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an RIA or Wealth Management setting.
- Familiarity with major custodians, such as Fidelity and Charles Schwab, in a professional context.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred.
Additional Skills
Experience with NetDocs and Docusign is a plus.
