Job Summary

ZenPoint Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Specialist to provide exceptional support to executive leadership and drive business analysis tasks in our rapidly expanding IT services company in the federal sector.

This role requires a strong track record of delivering high-quality documentation and analysis in a professional environment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools, and the ability to write process and procedures.

The work location is Washington, DC, and the schedule is five days a week onsite at the customer's facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications with a focus on efficient workflow management.
  • Organize and coordinate Product Backlog while tracking and updating tasks in a Kanban board.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas using Kanban to track progress and timelines.
  • Utilize Kanban methodology to track, prioritize, and manage business analysis tasks and administrative workflows.
  • Work closely with teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and manage tasks using Kanban boards.
  • Implement Kanban principles to continuously improve organizational processes and increase transparency.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and visualizations that support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A United States Citizen with 4+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Ability to write process and procedures.
  • Experience in metrics collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a government or federal environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Exhibit a proactive and outgoing demeanor.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Certification or experience with Kanban, Agile, or Lean methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and process improvement frameworks.
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year.
