About the Role

This is a full-time onsite position that requires providing high-level administrative support to senior management within the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience independently supporting executive-level management in carrying out duties and providing authoritative advice on projects in support of the mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Multiple Calendars: Coordinate and schedule meetings for senior-level federal staff, including monitoring and tracking program staff calendars.
  • Daily Management Support: Provide daily management support to senior-level federal staff, including the Deputy Administrator and Assistant Principal Deputy Administrator.
  • Logistical Arrangements: Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistical arrangements for meetings and speaking events at Headquarters (HQ), NNSA, and public locations featuring senior NNSA leaders.
What We Offer

MELE offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes hybrid remote/office work environment, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision care, low-cost family health care, three weeks' vacation, 401(k) with employer match, and cross-training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an active DOE 'Q' or DoD Top Secret clearance and at least 3-5 years of experience working in a front-office or office management position. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or college is also required.
