HOLLEMAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in our efforts to provide excellent service to our customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks including but not limited to:

  • Preparing billing reports.
  • Communicating with customers and vendors to discuss account status, changes, or discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a billing clerk or similar role, bookkeeping experience, and strong math and excel skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Accounting Support Specialist include:

  • Performing accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, paying bills, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assisting in handling payroll and personnel databases.
  • Assisting in sales order invoicing, posting, and processing accounts receivables and accounts payable.

The Accounting Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records, communicating with customers and vendors, and providing excellent customer service.
