Role Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant will represent our esteemed client, Dyson, featuring their premium range of vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and bladeless fans within a retail environment. You will act as an in-store authority by advising customers, educating store staff, and demonstrating the exceptional benefits of Dyson products, which are designed to save time and deliver outstanding performance. As a Dyson Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in introducing Dyson's groundbreaking home care solutions, inspiring customers and influencing their cleaning habits.

The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant attitude, a passion for consumer technology, and a drive to convert everyday shoppers into Dyson advocates by highlighting the brand's engineering excellence and superior performance.

Work Schedule & Location

  • 16 hours per weekend
  • Availability on Saturdays and Sundays: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

What We Provide

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Share enthusiasm for the Dyson brand with both store associates and customers
  • Conduct engaging demonstrations and product presentations for individuals and groups
  • Boost sales through interactive consultations and expert product knowledge
  • Train store personnel to confidently relay Dyson information
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards for product displays
  • Establish positive professional relationships with store management and staff
  • Participate in necessary training sessions and team meetings
  • Complete feedback surveys and provide photographic documentation after each shift

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with luxury or appliance brands is advantageous
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to assigned locations
  • Ability to use a smart device for reporting and communication
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
