Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Reno and Carson City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential customers.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to take their sales career to the next level. You will work closely with our management team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND INFLUENCERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer contacts, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in relationship selling to high-level executives.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
