Business Development Specialist

The Inside Sales Representative role at Rexel USA, Inc. is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and develop customer relationships.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing proactive inside telephone or email sales and marketing efforts to increase profitable sales. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
Main duties include:
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Processi ng and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
