Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Program Manager to lead a complex and cross-organization building design initiative for our Same Day fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven program management and a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, including under-the-roof and on-the-road processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive significantly complex building design solutions to improve the end-to-end fulfillment process (cost and quality)
  • Partner with cross-organizational teams to plan, organize, and execute building design enhancements to achieve our 2024 goals
  • Gather and analyze data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish standards for operations and other cross-functional teams
  • Analyze and solve operational barriers independently, focusing on understanding trade-offs between business opportunity, resources, and sustainability
Requirements
  • 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
