We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Program Manager to lead a complex and cross-organization building design initiative for our Same Day fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven program management and a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, including under-the-roof and on-the-road processes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive significantly complex building design solutions to improve the end-to-end fulfillment process (cost and quality)
- Partner with cross-organizational teams to plan, organize, and execute building design enhancements to achieve our 2024 goals
- Gather and analyze data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish standards for operations and other cross-functional teams
- Analyze and solve operational barriers independently, focusing on understanding trade-offs between business opportunity, resources, and sustainability
- 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
