Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving franchisee performance, and enhancing overall brand success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored business plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency among assigned franchisees.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide coaching, guidance, and support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives, products, and marketing campaigns, promoting franchisee engagement and participation.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address challenges.
  • Maintain open communication channels with franchisees, addressing concerns, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit operations, consulting, or a related field, preferably within the QSR industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$120,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives tied to individual and team performance.
