Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Systems Architect to join our dynamic team of engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting leading-edge technologies in support of our military primary radar operators. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful development and deployment of complex radar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary development team in the definition, design, and test of complex radar systems.
  • Develop system architecture views to satisfy performance requirements, cost, risk, producibility, operational, and logistical suitability.
  • Oversee the development of system requirements, design documentation, and interface documentation.
  • Manage requirements using DOORS and generate systems requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and test plans.
  • Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, and training sessions.
  • Post-delivery field testing and support, including analysis of targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics from a four-year college; Master's degree preferred.
  • Domain expertise in primary radar systems, with 15+ years of systems engineering experience.
  • Functional knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF), Radar system elements, and data analysis using MATLAB or equivalent.
  • Desirable relevant experience includes background in radar signal processing, radar algorithms, real-time software, data analysis, and/or modeling and simulation.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,556 - $220,806. Additional compensation may apply based on position assignment.
