Job Summary

Pathlight Group is seeking a highly skilled Autism Support Specialist to join our team. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work directly with adults with autism and/or intellectual disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and improve their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outreach support to adults with autism and/or intellectual disabilities living on their own.
  • Partner with individuals to create and achieve their goals, increasing their skills and making connections within their local communities.
  • Work directly with adults in their own residences and in local communities, focusing on goals identified by the individual and their team.
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of a discipline involving the use of broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education.
  • Knowledge of autism and treatments.
  • Over 1 year of experience working with adults with autism and intellectual disabilities, with experience in mental health preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What We Offer
  • Part-time hours in cities and towns within Hampshire and Franklin Counties.
  • Pay rate: $21.53/hour plus mileage reimbursement.
  • Opportunity for more hours, up to full-time, due to program growth.
