Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Efficiently register and check out guests, ensuring accurate data collection
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist guests with special requests or needs
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Keep the front desk area organized and presentable
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
