Position Overview:

The Guest Services Representative role at VP Management LLC focuses on delivering outstanding service to all visitors while managing various administrative responsibilities within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Accurately register and check out guests, ensuring all necessary information is collected
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist guests with any specific needs or requests
  • Handle transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
