Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years proven experience in sales management and business development.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing business development teams.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
