Customer Service Operations Leader

Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Customer Service Operations Leader at Holland Pump Company. We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will take charge of directing and supervising our customer service department. Your primary focus will be on crafting strategies and initiatives to guarantee that customer service is executed with both efficiency and excellence. Additionally, you will serve as the main liaison for clients, offering assistance, support, and effective solutions to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and coordinate the daily functions of the service and repair division.


• Ensure that all customer service requests are addressed promptly and professionally.


• Develop and enforce protocols for service operations.


• Identify challenges and propose effective solutions.


• Evaluate the performance of service staff and implement corrective measures as needed.


• Manage the Baseplan (ERP) system for precision.


• Oversee inventory levels of parts and materials.


• Foster strong relationships with suppliers.


• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.


• Train, mentor, and inspire service team members.


• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.


• Monitor and report on service performance metrics.


• Uphold safety standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:


• Demonstrated experience in a service management capacity (experience in rental preferred).


• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


• Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices.


• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.


• Knowledge of budgeting and financial oversight.


• Familiarity with various computer systems and software applications.


• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in motivating and guiding staff.


• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
