As the Interim Store Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the store. Your demonstrated expertise in team management and leadership will be essential in supporting the Store Manager to achieve excellence in customer service, enhance sales performance, and mentor the team while adhering to high operational standards and financial objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Foster a positive environment that boosts team morale, loyalty, and pride in the store.
- Implement effective in-store merchandising and promotional strategies.

**Position Details:**
This is a temporary full-time position for a duration of 12 months, with a work schedule from Sunday to Thursday.
