Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities from marketing leads, targeted company research, and networking within the engineering community.
  • Engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to introduce AllSpice's value proposition and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and ensure a smooth handoff of leads to Account Executives.

Requirements
  • Possess a strong interest in how things work, especially in hardware, engineering, or product design.
  • Have a desire to work through complex organization hierarchies and unstructured problems to find people interested in optimizing hardware design.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Be a driven, proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Have one year previous experience in a sales development or similar role.
