Job Summary
The Sales Associate will play a vital role in receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Ensure all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
- Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
- Help maintain back stock levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Participate in daily maintenance and upkeep of the store, including the stock room and outdoor merchandise area.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb stairs.
$18.10-$18.40/hour
