Position Summary
This role involves direct marketing engagement with potential and existing owners at our resort locations. The primary responsibility is to schedule guests for presentations with our representatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
- Collaborate with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets for incoming guests.
- Welcome, present, and encourage prospective customers to participate in a sales-preview tour.
- Screen and qualify potential customers in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage sales-tour reservations and collect necessary deposits.

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional demeanor while presenting to prospective customers, adhering to all company policies and compliance standards.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings, staying updated on marketing materials and industry trends.
- Set and review performance goals on a regular basis.

Travel Requirements
No travel is required outside of the home site's area.

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in sales and/or marketing, though not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a shared environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
