Role Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Enhance the customer journey by ensuring consistent communication and delivering outstanding service to prospective homeowners.
- Engage with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding personnel throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Oversee multiple mortgage applications, gather and document client details, and guarantee the efficient processing of loans.
- Establish loan documentation, request necessary documentation (such as VOE's, VOD's, credit reports, etc.), and monitor the status of submitted and outstanding applications.
- Prepare closing documents, verifying the accuracy and completeness of loan files before transferring them to the closing division.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred experience in loan processing.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting guidelines, compliance, and procedures is preferred.
