Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage customer pipeline for efficiency and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree.
  • Preferred skills: Banking products, client prospecting, customer needs, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentations, innovation, lending, mortgages, sales.
  • Competencies: Customer experience management, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling work and activities, selling.
