About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Sales Manager to join our team at Staffing Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing instructor development, and ensuring the smooth operation of our studios.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Instructor Management:
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain updated availability to create and oversee bi-monthly schedules for instructors.
  • Instructor Development: Partner with Lead Trainers and Master Trainers to support new instructors in their first 100 classes.
  • Instructor Retention: Foster a positive in-studio presence, organize team events, and provide instructor goodwill and coverage support.


Teaching:

  • Teaching Hour Requirement: Meet a minimum of 187 hours per quarter (~15 hours per week), with flexibility to schedule early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Emergency Coverage: Provide coverage as needed and assist in sourcing coverage in emergency situations.


Sales & Retention:

  • In-Studio Sales Assistance: Pursue new clients in studio and assist instructors with multiple new clients in a class.
  • Member Retention: Field feedback from clients and maintain an in-studio presence to address questions and concerns.


Studio Operations:

  • Studio Commitment: Commit to 6 months at each new studio location, with a total 12-month commitment.
  • Studio Audits: Conduct regular studio audits and retail audits.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors and uphold all brand standards and corporate policies.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Instructor Development: Support instructor development through Continuing Education, taking classes, report cards, and ongoing instructor investment/goodwill.
  • Training Observations: Attend trainings to observe our training process and support new instructors throughout the training process.


Requirements:

  • Pilates Training: Must have pilates training background.
  • Management Experience: Must have previous management experience.
  • Sales Experience: Must have sales experience.


Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $65,000-$70,000 annually.
  • Benefits:
  • Complimentary Membership: Unlimited membership while employed, with pre-booking privileges and 1 guest pass per month.
