Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of facilities project oversight, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs.
  • Create and uphold project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
  • Identify and address project risks, proactively resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Manage the procurement process for all necessary equipment, materials, and services for our facility initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Assess project outcomes, document lessons learned, and implement enhancements for future initiatives. Be the cohesive force that integrates our project efforts, ensuring every detail is thoroughly planned and executed.
  • Maintain project budgets and schedules, utilizing your strong organizational and management skills.
  • Encourage a collaborative atmosphere where cross-functional teams can flourish and achieve project success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a food production environment is preferred, as your industry knowledge will be a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with utilities such as wastewater, ammonia, steam, electricity, compressed air, and gas.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
  • Experience in managing contractors is crucial. You know how to maximize the potential of external partners.
