Job Description:

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and maintain office security, including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
  • Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
  • Ensure store is staffed for optimal performance and monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience: A minimum of two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries.

Skills: Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
