Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Care Partner mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality environment, with a minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

  • Pleasant and customer-friendly demeanor
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent or equivalent experience
