Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team at RPO Physician Partners. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, making clinical decisions based on findings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage patient therapies according to evidence-based guidelines
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a relevant medical specialty
  • Clinical outpatient experience preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
About the Role:

This is a full-time position working in an outpatient setting. The APP will provide care for acute and chronic conditions, preventive health, and health maintenance. Procedures within the scope of practice will be performed as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team. Salary is estimated at $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on location and experience.
