At AccentCare, we strive to provide exceptional patient care and support. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily activities of services provided to clients meet state regulations and company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support daily service activities in accordance with state regulations and company policy
  • Ensure quality coordination of service for clients and Care Partners
  • Process and communicate authorization and schedule changes to ensure coordination of service and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate utilization of Care Partner teams to meet fill rate expectations
  • Research and resolve payroll and billing questions under direction from the Client Service Manager
  • Act as liaison for Field Supervisors in communicating with payer Case Management teams
  • Support recruiting and onboarding needs of team

Requirements

  • Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
  • High School or GED required; Associates Degree preferred
  • Staffing experience preferred
  • Valid Drivers License

Compensation and Benefits
