Job Summary

Meritage Homes Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Field Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in a Defined Sales Area. This role will provide critical support to sales counselors, enabling them to focus on sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the community's appearance and oversee spec inventory.
  • Conduct spec completion walks and manage MLS inventory.
  • Oversee community signage and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support Meritage sales operations and sales counselors in a Defined Sales Area, including inventory management, final walk coordination, and MLS listing oversight.
  • Determine if a home is ready for tour and factory inspection.
  • Manage appraisals and provide access to homes for appraisers.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to ensure proper upkeep and presentation around community and directional signage.
  • Manage homesite signage and ensure accuracy.
  • Compile a monthly update for salespeople and management in the Designated Selling Area.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure model homes are presented in a manner reflective of Meritage's commitment to quality.
  • Coordinate lockbox technology to provide access to realtors/agents.
  • Manage Utour schedule and support field marketing on prospecting efforts.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of home sales support experience, with new homebuilder experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Project, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
  • Preferred experience in local MLS systems.
  • Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Frequent interactions with internal and external contacts, with all levels of authority and responsibility.
  • Ability to react and respond favorably, manage conflict, and resolve problems in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams.
