Job Overview

The Automotive Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting and selling vehicles while ensuring the dealership meets its profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Personal Work Habits**: Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
2. **Prospecting**: Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods.
3. **Sales**: Effectively present vehicle features and benefits to customers, guiding them through the purchasing process.
4. **Follow-Up**: Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and nurture relationships for future business opportunities.

Compensation:
OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $80,000 - $120,000+ annually, contingent upon achieving and surpassing sales targets.

*The compensation structure includes a Base Monthly Draw of $2,500, with additional commission based on sales performance, allowing for unlimited earning potential. A performance-based bonus may also be awarded based on individual or team results.*

Work Schedule:
Full-time position, requiring availability for 5 days a week with 2 days off. Sundays are designated as non-working days, and weekend availability is essential.

Sales Floor Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm
