About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Hospitality Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in the hospitality industry. You'll possess excellent analytical skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve targeted performance objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a vertical-focused sales plan to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of Regional Industry Account Executives to achieve revenue quota
  • Drive self-generated, outbound business growth through effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to grow sales and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and manage team members to support revenue objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of relatable management experience in sales or sales environment
  • Experience selling to hotels and restaurants highly preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter sales professional with excellent verbal, written, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to travel within the US and work in a high-transaction environment
