Construction Scheduler

Bilfinger Inc., a leading provider of industrial services, is seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join their team in Alexandria, LA.
This role requires a self-motivated individual to assist with detailed planning and scheduling of construction work, ensuring timely execution while meeting safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, incorporating all phases from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create accurate schedules, identify critical path activities, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule adherence.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and provide regular updates to project teams and management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their activities with project schedules.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis for changes and deviations from the original plan.
Requirements
- A 2-year associate degree in construction or industrial management, or 4 years of equivalent construction management work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a P6 project scheduler required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
