Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accreditation Coordinator to join our team at Sparks Group. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about ensuring the quality and integrity of accreditation reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate review schedules and track submissions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage communications with programs, reviewers, and the accreditation team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings, including developing agendas and tracking decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to the accreditation process.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
