FISHER-HALL is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
